Delivery times

Deliveries are only made to locations that are within the coverage areas enabled on the Website and may be selected at the time of purchase. Deliveries are only made in localities (municipalities) where there is coverage. Deliveries are made through the transport company that provides the service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and weather conditions.

The product(s) are delivered to the transport company within 48 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed.

You must bear in mind that the delivery dates and times are effective when the purchase and inventory confirmation process is approved. In addition, shipments are made only from Monday to Saturday, according to the availability indicated at the time of purchase.

Information

The information of the order and the shipping guide number will be sent to the email informed by the consumer at the time of purchase, in such a way that he can validate the shipping status through the website of the transport company, with said number. guide.

Shipping costs

The value of shipping and transportation of the products will be informed at the time of purchase, which is calculated according to the size (measurements) and weight of the products purchased, and will be informed at the time of settlement, before making the payment. .

Keep in mind

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

The changes and returns will only be applicable in those purchases made through our Web Page, in the other events the change or return of the purchased good does not proceed.

Once we have your change and/or return request with all the necessary data, we will schedule the collection with the transport company and we will send the information to the informed email within the next 48 business hours so that you can return your products at no cost. . You must deliver the product to the transport company according to the specifications mentioned in the email sent. To make the return, you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your choice. It is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it reaches Sempertex in perfect condition. The collection is valid only for the next 72 hours after receiving your notification in your email. Once the product has been received back in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions in which the products are found and in the event that the products do not meet the criteria of our Changes and Returns Policy, we will inform you by email of the reason why they do not change proceeds.

GUARANTEE

The guarantee of each item is backed by Sempertex. Said guarantee begins with the acceptance of the product delivered to satisfaction until the term of its duration. The warranty period for products purchased through our website is one month.

If the fault is covered by the guarantee, Sempertex will offer the customer the appropriate solution.

Sempertex is exonerated from the responsibility that derives from the guarantee when it demonstrates that the failure originates from: (a) force majeure or fortuitous event; (b) the act of a third party; or (c) misuse of the product by the consumer.

The invoice is the support to demand the guarantee of the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the buyer wishes to change any of our products or withdraw the purchase, he must take into account that in accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in article 47 of the Consumer Statute, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 days. working days from the purchase of the product. For the return of the money, it may not exceed 30 calendar days and will proceed with respect to our exchange and return policy. The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.


RIGHT OF REVERSAL

In addition to the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to reversal. In the event of any of the aforementioned cases, the consumer must file a complaint with Sempertex through the Payment Resvsersion Form provided at the link http://shop.sempertex.com/pages/pqrs , in which the consumer must indicate (i) express statement of the reasons that support the request for payment reversal; (ii) indication of the grounds that support the request, which must correspond to one or more of those indicated; and (iii) value for which the reversal is requested. The completed form must be sent to the Sempertex email shop@sempertex.com.

Once the complaint is accepted, Sempertex will send the consumer proof of the presentation of the complaint with an indication of the date and cause that supports it, and will indicate to the consumer by email the steps to follow regarding the return of the product at its cost, and duty of Notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase of the claim (the notification to the issuer of said instrument must be submitted by the holder of the financial product). From the moment the consumer submits the claim to the issuer of the payment instrument, the participants in the payment process will have a term of 15 business days to make the reversal effective.
